Today, adidas unveils the Real Madrid away shirt for the 2021/22 season, presenting a design that represents and combines the pillars of Madrid culture: art, music and people.

Inspired by the An iconic Malasaña neighborhood, the abstract graffiti graphic was custom-created by the adidas product design team and integrated into the fabric of the jersey. The jersey reflects the creativity and spirit of fans in the Malasaña region; embodying the character of the creators of Madrista and embodying the grandeza state of mind. A selection of local fans and influencers will be teasing the jersey on their social media ahead of the official launch, showing pride and sense of community in the region.

The base color Victory Blue of the shirt is complemented by bright pops of Lucky Orange and white to represent the vibrant culture of the capital. The colors are featured on the looped neck label – which also incorporates a special Real Madrid art-inspired logo – as well as the sponsor logos and three stripes.

The new jersey is made with PRIMEGREEN, a series of high performance recycled materials, putting sustainability at the heart of innovation. It features adidas’ latest innovation in temperature control, HEAT.RDY – KEEP COOL, designed to keep players feeling cool, dry and confident while playing. The replica shirt delivers similar benefits through the inclusion of AEROREADY – FEEL READY technology, keeping fans comfortable and ready as it absorbs moisture for a dry feeling.

The new away shirt will be worn for the first time on the pitch by the Real Madrid women’s team today against Sparta Prague and by the men’s team on 8e August against Milan. It will be available for purchase from today via, a selection of adidas stores and the Real Madrid club and its online store, as well as some retailers and fashion stores from 12e August.
